We got another snow storm on Tuesday night that continued into Wednesday and left between 12-18 inches of snow. Which was on top of the 18-24 inches we had had over the weekend. This past week's storm seemed worse but I think it was because it was on top of the other snow. In any event, school was canceled Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Making this a very long weekend indeed since Monday is a holiday already. We've been telling John he will always remember his 6th birthday because it came right in the middle of TWO blizzards.
Here are some more snow pictures. These are from Wednesday when it was literally snowing all day long. Mark tried to shovel out early in the day but didn't last very long. The boys went out to play about 4:30PM and stayed out for 2 hours. John was so tired he could barely keep his head up during dinner.
We finished the rest of the driveway Thursday so Mark could get out and the boys played out in the cul-de-sac with the neighbors. So much fun. And so much snow!!
Our fence again, after the 2nd storm was finished. Luke kept saying he wanted to play out back and asking me to open the fence for him...

I'm hoping that this is the end of the snow for this winter but I'm hearing we may be getting more snow on Monday.

Look at all that snow! And I thought we got a lot! At least the kids enjoyed playing in it. I'm really hoping for an early spring...I think we all deserve it after such a snowy (crummy) winter :-)
